Usually, the employed people take time to go to the gym and exercise for themselves, but if it comes to difficulty, then the housewife or homemaker. Their entire day goes out under the supervision of the household chores and family.
It becomes more important for women to keep themselves fit because there are many changes in their body with age. To maintain fitness, it is not necessary to go to the gym, but even in the midst of work, housewives can keep themselves fit by doing small exercises.
● * Climbing the stairs: * Climb and descend the stairs fast. This is similar to using a stepper machine in the gym. Try to climb the stairs four to five times a day and get down.
● * Fast walking habit: * Get into the habit of walking fast while working. By doing this a large amount of calories can be burned.
● * Stretching between tasks: * Stretching from the time of cooking to pressing clothes or during rest of the work. This will not only muscle relaxation but it will also help to tone the body.
● * Sit-ups and Dance: * Do sit-ups and push-ups to reduce Thai and Hips fat. They will benefit greatly. Dancing also burns a lot of fat and makes the body fit. If you want to dance by playing a music system or not, then put an earpiece and start dancing when you get a chance.
● * Cycling in the air: * While you are resting, then lie down, lift the legs in the air and rotate them in circular motion as if cycling. Children are often seen doing such exercises as fun.
● * Yoga: * Apart from these small exercises, another thing that homemakers can do is yoga. This will not only help them to overcome the stress, but also keep the body fit as well as the mind.
